Wayne is one of the longest-serving team members at eEnergy, having joined Harvey a decade ago at Energy Works. He has been instrumental in developing eEnergy, driving the deployment of LED lighting and solar projects across various sectors. With 24 years in electrical engineering and energy services, Wayne has supported the growth of Lighting, EV charging, and solar as a service. He has a proven track record of delivering solutions for high-profile clients focused on sustainability and decarbonisation.
Outside of work, Wayne is passionate about his family and providing opportunities for his children to explore the world. An avid cyclist, he competes in road and mountain biking races. His weekends are often spent outdoors with his family, enjoying nature. Wayne’s mantra is, “Keep moving forwards,” reflecting his belief in steady progress. His commitment to environmental sustainability and innovative solutions has made him a key figure in eEnergy’s growth.
