The challenge.
First Choice Homes are a housing association based in Oldham. They are a Registered Provider of social housing in Oldham and Rochdale.
When First Choice Homes Energy Efficiency and Sustainability Manager Simon Davies worked on compiling their sustainability strategy, he knew that upgrading the Head Office to energy-efficient LED lighting was at the top of the list of quick wins for a more energy-efficient building.
