With over 15 years of entrepreneurial success, Harvey excels at turning vision into reality. He founded The Hot Group Plc (THG) in 2000, taking it public and revolutionising the online recruitment market through strategic acquisitions.
At eEnergy, Harvey’s mission extends beyond profit. He’s passionate about nurturing talent, fostering innovation, and empowering his team to make a real difference. Especially committed to net zero in education, he views schools as the cradle of future sustainability.
Outside of work, Harvey is a devoted father, avid skier, and cyclist, with an inclusive leadership style driven by a deep commitment to positive impact.
Kira is the Executive Assistant to Harvey Sinclair, CEO and Co-Founder of eEnergy. Known for her exceptional organisational skills and strategic thinking, Kira plays a crucial role in ensuring Harvey can focus on what matters most: leading eEnergy toward its ambitious goals.
Working closely with the entire Executive Team, Kira is the linchpin that keeps the company running smoothly, connecting with all levels of the organisation and coordinating with strategic partners and agencies.
Kira’s role goes beyond traditional administrative support; she is deeply involved in the day-to-day operations, making sure that Harvey is always in tune with the pulse of the company. Her dedication and ability to manage complex tasks make her an invaluable member of the eEnergy family, ensuring that the CEO stays connected to his people and commitments.
John is our Chief Financial Officer, bringing over 30 years of leadership and financial expertise in the energy and technology sectors. With a strong background in operational finance, John has a proven track record of transforming businesses and driving substantial growth. He is a fellow of the Chartered Institute of Accountants of England and Wales and has held key roles at KPMG, as well as CFO positions in both private equity-backed and FTSE 100 companies.
At eEnergy, John is dedicated to optimising cash flow and profitability while fostering a culture of development within his team. He believes in building strong relationships with clients and stakeholders to create value and support sustainable growth.
Outside of work, John enjoys spending time with his wife and three sons, as well as their lively dog, Charles Barker. An avid sportsman, he enjoys competitive Padel tennis, skiing, and various water sports, and loves traveling to explore new destinations.
Nick brings over 20 years of leadership experience in the lighting and energy sectors as our Chief Operating Officer. Since joining, he has played a vital role in steering the company’s operations across Energy Reduction, Solar Generation, EV Charging, and IoT Smart Metering. Previously, Nick led Feilo Sylvania’s most profitable division and drove scalable growth at CED Electrical Group.
Known for his commitment to developing people and fostering strong teams, Nick ensures eEnergy delivers exceptional service to its clients. His expertise in operations and passion for innovation continue to drive the company’s growth and success.
Outside of work, Nick is a family man, married with three boys and two dogs. A rugby enthusiast, he supports Bath Rugby and enjoys spending weekends outdoors with his family. A former skydiver, Nick now enjoys fitness and countryside activities, always embracing challenges with his personal philosophy: “Serve to lead.”
Neil is an accomplished sales leader with over 20 years of experience, currently serving as our Chief Sales Officer. Known for driving growth and delivering a standout client experience, Neil has a rich background, having led the shift from print to online recruitment at EMAP and scaled operations as Managing Director at Moneyexpert.
Since joining eEnergy, Neil has been pivotal in helping clients achieve energy savings, particularly in the public sector. He thrives in fast-paced environments and excels at building high-performing teams. As the former MD of eCharge, he brings deep expertise in scaling sales operations.
Outside of work, Neil enjoys coaching and playing football, supporting Manchester United since he was five. His competitive spirit extends to tennis, badminton, and weightlifting. A proud father of three and stepfather of two, Neil cherishes family time and travel, especially to Italy.
Neil believes in discipline, teamwork, and maintaining confidence. His mantra: Work hard, stay humble, and always have a plan.
Kristian Clark is a seasoned leader in renewable energy operations, bringing over 15 years of experience in scaling and optimising solar and energy efficiency projects. As Chief Operating Officer – Renewables at eEnergy, he is responsible for driving operational excellence, accelerating the deployment of solar PV and energy solutions, and ensuring seamless project execution across the UK.
Prior to joining eEnergy, Kristian held key leadership roles, including COO at Custom Solar and Operations Director at Ineco Energy, where he spearheaded large-scale solar installations, refined operational processes, and optimised supply chains to support business growth. His deep expertise in solar PV, battery storage, and energy solutions stems from a career spanning industry-leading firms such as PH Jones, Zanussi Solar, and EvoEnergy, where he successfully led multi-site teams, developed robust installation models, and delivered award-winning projects.
A results-driven operator, Kristian thrives on efficiency, innovation, and building high-performing teams. His track record includes managing nationwide solar deployment programs, negotiating key contracts, and implementing data-led performance management systems to enhance project delivery and customer outcomes.
With eEnergy’s mission to Unleash Net Zero, Kristian plays a pivotal role in scaling renewable energy adoption while ensuring financial and operational sustainability. His leadership is set to drive growth in commercial solar and energy efficiency, making net zero profitable and achievable for businesses across the UK.
Abi, our Chief People Officer, brings over 15 years of HR and organisational leadership experience. She is passionate about creating a workplace culture that prioritises growth, communication, and employee engagement. Abi’s expertise in business psychology and leadership coaching helps her foster an environment where employees thrive, innovate, and contribute meaningfully to eEnergy’s success. Her dedication to developing talent and improving internal communication has been instrumental in driving the company’s growth.
At home, Abi’s world is full of energy, thanks to her two young boys, whom she affectionately calls ‘hooligans.’ As a certified laughter yoga coach, she enjoys helping others achieve wellness through laughter, a passion that aligns with her approach to creating a positive workplace. Abi also enjoys tennis and is a strong advocate for environmental sustainability.

Cass is a seasoned CMO and brand architect with a reputation for turning bold ideas into market-shifting realities. With over two decades of experience spanning Virgin, Philips, Schneider Electric, and now eEnergy, he’s been instrumental in driving growth, unifying brands, and leading innovative sustainability solutions. At eEnergy, Cass is on a mission to make Net Zero both possible and profitable, delivering transformative strategies that empower businesses to take impactful action.
Born into the hard-grafting world of East End publicans, Cass learned early that success comes through resilience and a “no shortcuts” mentality. His upbringing not only shaped his work ethic but also his character, which he proudly channels as a Happy Hammer, supporting West Ham United for its character-building journey.
Outside the office, Cass is an adventurer at heart. An avid skier who calls Zermatt his second home, he’s been hitting the slopes for nearly five decades. A keen mountain biker and runner, he embraces challenges both on and off the trail. Whether in business or life, Cass believes in leading with authenticity, grit, and a clear purpose.
Client solutions team
Shaun brings 15 years of experience in the solar industry to his role, having been part of the UK solar sector since its inception in 2010. He has developed some of the largest privately-owned solar arrays, including London’s largest at the time (1MW in 2015). Passionate about thriving, not just surviving, Shaun is driven by taking projects from conception to completion efficiently.
Personally, Shaun is engaged to his fiancée, Heather, with two daughters, Beth and Abby. A football, F1, and UFC enthusiast, he supports Man United, and follows Lewis Hamilton. Growing up as an Army-brat, Shaun attended 10 schools by the time he was 16. His weekends are often spent with family or friends, beer in hand.
A fun fact? He was an extra in the Inbetweeners Movie. Recently, he lost 7 stone between October 2023 and June 2024. His mantra: “Hard work beats talent if talent doesn’t work hard,” and he leads by example, always working from the front.
Chris is our Operations Director with over 25 years in the lighting industry. A hands-on leader, he is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and fostering a “can-do” attitude across his teams. Chris takes pride in building strong, efficient teams that focus on safe, profitable, and customer-centric projects, managing multi-million-pound contracts and overseeing large-scale LED rollouts. Before joining eEnergy, Chris held senior roles at Primesight and Mitie, managing contracts for retail lighting maintenance and energy-saving projects. His first LED project was a conversion of 200 shops for a pharmacy chain in 2009, and he has since led many high-profile projects, including a 150-store rollout for Sports Direct.
Outside of work, Chris is engaged and proud of his three children, with one son on trial at Arsenal. A Tottenham fan, he enjoys carp fishing, dog walking, and unwinding at country pubs. Fun fact: Chris once cycled from Kent to Paris and back at 14 and auditioned for a boy band!
His mantra is: “There are always two sides to a story,” a philosophy that guides his approach to building collaborative teams.
Lawrence is our Technical Solutions Director, bringing over 23 years of experience in building services and lighting design. With expertise in AutoCAD, BIM, and LEED, he drives energy-efficient solutions for buildings. A graduate of London South Bank University, Lawrence is passionate about using technology and design to combat climate change.
Before joining eEnergy, he held senior technical roles at Cree, Weblight, and AECOM, successfully leading projects focused on sustainable lighting. His favorite project to date is the Frederick Hiam project for eEnergy, showcasing his commitment to advanced and environmentally conscious solutions.
Outside of work, Lawrence is a devoted family man with two children, aged 13 and 10. A Dallas Cowboys fan, he enjoys playing tennis and squash. His personal philosophy is: “When we find a problem, let’s work hard to find a solution,” reflecting his belief in teamwork and collaboration for success.
Way
With 16 years as an electrician and two years in energy services, Alex brings extensive hands-on experience and a perfectionist’s attention to detail to every project. Having worked his way up from apprentice to electrical foreman and site safety supervisor, he has led teams on diverse projects, including shopfitting, industrial factories, and educational institutions.
Alex thrives on new challenges, seeing each project as an opportunity to apply his experience while learning and adapting. His expertise in project execution and site management ensures seamless, high-quality outcomes for clients.
A big advocate of teamwork, Alex believes collaboration is key to delivering success. His motto? “Teamwork makes the dream work.”
Outside of work, Alex is an adrenaline seeker—modifying and racing cars, downhill mountain biking, and skiing. An avid F1 fan, he supports McLaren and Lando Norris. He also enjoys music festivals, drum & bass, and occasional rounds of golf. Whether traveling abroad or enjoying the British countryside, he’s always up for an adventure.

With over a decade in construction and three years in renewables, Paul is an experienced project manager with a passion for sustainable energy solutions. His expertise spans large-scale solar installations, project logistics, and health and safety compliance, ensuring successful delivery from start to finish.
Paul has managed a range of high-profile projects, from a 3MW ground-mount solar installation in Kent to planning and overseeing the Emirates cable car solar installation in London. His construction background provides a seamless crossover into the renewables sector, allowing him to navigate complex projects with precision and efficiency.
Dedicated to professional growth, Paul holds an NVQ Level 6 in Project Management and a Level 3 in Health & Safety, with plans to further his expertise. His leadership is driven by teamwork, believing that collaboration is key to finding the best solutions.
Outside of work, Paul enjoys carp fishing, DIY house renovations, and following F1 and Superbikes. A keen traveller, he looks forward to holidays but is equally content with hands-on projects at home. Fun fact? He’s still an avid gamer!

With 26 years in the electrical and lighting industry, Richard brings extensive experience in project management, electrical contracting, and wholesale. He has a proven track record of managing multiple projects, coordinating resources, and delivering high-quality lighting solutions.
Richard’s passion lies in seeing projects through from start to finish—transforming outdated lighting into modern, efficient solutions. His expertise in stakeholder management and time-sensitive project execution ensures smooth operations and satisfied clients.

Mitchell is a dedicated Health and Safety professional with nearly a decade of experience ensuring compliance and fostering a safety-first culture. Passionate about protecting people, Mitchell is committed to ensuring every worker returns home safely to their families while helping businesses thrive through strong health and safety practices.
Holding NEBOSH certification and working toward Chartered IOSH membership, Mitchell brings expertise in risk management, compliance, and workplace safety solutions. Prior to joining eEnergy, he successfully ran his own H&S consultancy, providing guidance to clients across the UK.

Daniel brings over 16 years of experience in the energy sector and is our Commercial Education Director. Passionate about making Net Zero both achievable and profitable, he plays a pivotal role in driving the education sector towards eliminating energy waste. Daniel is committed to helping schools reduce energy consumption and achieve sustainability goals without upfront costs, making a real difference for both the planet and their budgets.
Starting his career as a telemarketer, Daniel has risen through the ranks to leadership roles, including running his own business and securing major clients like Saga and DFS. His focus on aligning sales, operations, and marketing ensures clients receive exceptional service while contributing to Net Zero targets.
Outside of work, Daniel enjoys watching his children, Chase and Scarlet, excel in sports. A dedicated sports enthusiast, he follows Manchester United, the LA Lakers, and the Dallas Cowboys. His personal mantra is simple: “Work hard, play hard.”
Lindsey is our experienced Account Director in the North East, helping schools and colleges across the UK achieve energy efficiency and reduce their carbon footprints. She specialises in upgrading lighting systems to LED, exploring solar PV, and introducing EV charging options—all without upfront costs. Her expertise allows schools to save money from day one while supporting sustainability.
With a strong background in sales leadership, Lindsey excels at building customer relationships and driving sustainability efforts that benefit both the environment and finances.
Outside of work, Lindsey is a fitness enthusiast, competing in the Hyrox World Series of Fitness and holding the British record for the 100m SkiERG in her age group. Weekends are spent with her family and training. Her mantra: “Give everything a go and give it your all,” reflects her drive in both her professional and personal life.”
Mark is a seasoned business development and strategy leader with over 20 years of experience in both public and private sectors. As our Strategic Development Director, he focuses on driving the decarbonisation of the education sector and the wider public estate across the UK and Ireland. Passionate about helping schools reduce energy waste and achieve Net Zero, Mark has led multi-million-pound capital projects, including the largest school build programme in the UK during his tenure at Milton Keynes Council. He has been a trusted advisor to organisations like the Department for Education and RIBA, developing innovative solutions like ‘School Zero’ to help schools cut energy costs and carbon emissions.
On a personal note, Mark is a devoted husband and father to three grown children—Eliza, Maxwell, and Joe. He enjoys playing golf, supports MK Dons as a season ticket holder, and loves to travel, balancing city breaks with beach holidays. His mantra is, “Work hard and be nice to people,” a philosophy he applies in both his professional and personal life.
David is our dedicated Account Director, focused on transforming schools and workplaces with energy-saving solutions. With over 10 years in the energy sector, and 7 years specifically in lighting, he is passionate about reducing carbon emissions and modernising buildings. His expertise in LED lighting, solar power, and EV charging helps organisations save on energy costs while advancing their Net Zero goals.
Originally from France, David’s journey into the energy industry began with a degree in Environmental Science, inspired by his commitment to climate change. He takes pride in leading large-scale projects, including a university-wide lighting upgrade, which remains one of his favorite achievements.
Outside of work, David is a music enthusiast who plays guitar and drums, and he loves discovering new artists. He spends weekends with his wife and two boys exploring the British countryside. His personal philosophy? “No half measures. Do everything with conviction!”—a motto that guides his professional and personal life.
Tyrone is a seasoned leader in energy efficiency, dedicated to driving a low-carbon economy. With over 20 years in the industry—including 14 years at SSE and a decade running his own LED company—he has helped countless businesses transition to energy-efficient solutions. His proudest achievement was delivering an LED lighting package to The Petchey Academy in Hackney, his hometown.
Passionate about simplifying complex challenges, Tyrone thrives on making a real impact for customers. His philosophy: “You have to get up, get out, and make it happen.” At eEnergy, he fosters teamwork and collaboration, ensuring seamless project delivery.
