eEnergy Appoints Nick Clark as Chief Operating Officer.

eEnergy is pleased to announce the appointment of Nick Clark to the role of Chief Operating Officer (‘COO’), having been an advisor to the business since October 2023. This strategic move strengthens eEnergy’s leadership team as the company continues to expand its footprint in the energy sector.

Supported by the CEO and wider C-Suite, the role encompasses the full end-to-end running of the business across all platforms: Energy Reduction, Solar Generation, EV Charging, and IoT Smart Metering; with day-to-day responsibility for sales management, commercial operations, project deployment and delivery, aftersales and warranty, and strategic technological developments.

Nick worked alongside eEnergy CEO Harvey Sinclair as an advisor in a previous business within the lighting efficiency space between 2012 and 2013. Nick then spent six and a half years at Feilo Sylvania, one of the world’s leading lighting manufacturers, setting up a similar business model for the deployment of LED lights across Europe, Latin America, and the Middle East. He managed the division as it grew to become the most profitable in the company. After Feilo Sylvania, Nick completed projects at Aurora Lighting and O2 Projects.

Most recently, Nick was Group Managing Director for CED Electrical Group, preparing, and then delivering the business scalable growth, before moving to a non-executive role following his appointment as COO at eEnergy. Nick has also spent time advising the Carbon Trust, and is the current Chairman of the Board of Trustees for The King’s School, Worcester.

Nick will not initially be a member of the Board but is considered a Person Discharging Managerial Responsibilities (“PDMR”).

Harvey Sinclair, eEnergy CEO, comments: “Nick had a substantial role in the set-up of this business, and after stepping back to engage in other projects, we are thrilled to have him back on board as a full-time COO.”

Nick Clark, eEnergy COO, said: “I am delighted to be part of the eEnergy family, working in a sector I am extremely passionate about. I’ve followed the evolution of eEnergy and look forward to being part of the continued development and growth. I bring with me a huge amount of experience having worked within both large corporate businesses and SME’s alike, and have a skill set that will help eEnergy achieve its objectives. I am surrounded by a team of able individuals who I am confident will help me deliver the company aspirations. I look forward to the journey ahead.”
