eEnergy Appoints Abi Wall as Chief People Officer.
eEnergy is delighted to announce the appointment of Abi Wall as Chief People Officer (CPO). With 14 years of experience in human resources and organisational leadership, Abi is set to deliver significant business impact, cultural growth, and development for eEnergy.
Abi’s role at eEnergy will focus on driving business growth, performance, and leadership whilst enhancing internal communications, engagement, and supporting colleagues to deliver their very best. She brings extensive expertise in business psychology, employment law, leadership coaching, and creating a great working environment where colleagues feel supported and recognised.
Previously, Abi served as Head of People for an SME in the financial services sector, where she led the HR directorate and supported group subsidiaries across EMEA, responding to economic and regulatory challenges and delivering best practices. Her career highlights include successfully leading a large-scale co-location project involving a complex TUPE transaction, expanding a professional services business internationally, and developing a retention strategy that resulted in a 100% reduction in unplanned employee turnover.
Abi holds a BSc (Hons) Degree in Psychology and is a Chartered Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel & Development (FCIPD). She is also an Accredited Workplace Mediator and a Practitioner Member of The Association for Business Psychology.
